Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had both positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit dated and average but clean, though one of the single beds had a totally wrecked mattress. The service was excellent, with very friendly and accommodating staff, even helping with parking in challenging weather. The location, although central, had some noise issues that affected sleep. The dining experience varied, with some days being better than others. The facilities were generally good.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were suitable for one person, clean, tidy, and well-equipped, but noise from the stairs affected my sleep. However, the room was spacious, very comfortable, and had plenty of tea and coffee. The service was friendly and efficient, although there was confusion about my booking. The location was second to none, right in the middle of town. The dining experience was a hit or miss with some meals being delicious while others lacked in quality. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers a lovely stay with spacious rooms and great service. The location is convenient, but the dining experience could be improved. Price is reasonable for the value provided.
